The staff are very pleasant and will go out of their way to help. Rooms are clean and tidy and well maintained. Breakfast is basic continental style but plenty to choose from. Ideal hotel for business purposes and city break at reasonable price. Good location for main street shopping and dining.

The only complaint is that the room was very warm and there was no way to open the window The air conditioning was at minimum and still too warm.

Had a really comfy stay for a quick work trip. 👌 the spot was super convenient, just a stone’s throw away from Wladyslaw Reymont.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Lodz, had much fun and met really friendly and affable staff at the reception desk. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Palm House Botanic Garden was unbeatable and incredible.

The very helpful staff upgraded us to a modern room with bath. Its location not too far away from Se-ma-for Cartoon Museum was particularly good.

Quick check-in and on-site parking make it easy , plus the fantastic location, not too far from Se-ma-for, is unbeatable.

I was not impressed by the ikea interiour of the room.

the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. the location was very central, close to pubs, restaurants, and the shopping center. 3. the room had all the essentials required. 4. I greatly enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again in Lodz.

This place has an unbeatable location, very close to coffee shops on Piotrkowska street, Poland, and tram 10 or 14; within 1 km, you'll find Spoldzielnia where you can grab a drink.

Hotel is good and it is situated next door to a big shopping center. These are a fresh water on the floor and electric kettle in the room so it is easy to arrange tea or coffee.

There was an issue with water supply in bathroom. I think it was a maintenance, nevertheless it was inconvenient.

Clean, friendly, functional close to airport. Was nice and warm and bed was very comfortable.

Nothing I didnt like and I would recommend this hotel for excellent value for money.
